Delay in payouts

My loan application was approved 01/06/15 - everytime you call to do a follow up on payout you get told \We are exp a delay in payouts - We are now busy with applications from 15/05/15"- you will receive an sms as soon as payouts are made\"" How unprofessional is this service provider?People have reasons applying for loans - emergencies!Surely if they run out of funds or cant make payments to their Clients they should NOT be offering loans to anyone??? But can you imagen if you dont make payment to them how they will react???
