Confused and frustrated

Confused and frustrated ,Sunday night wrote a complain Monday someone called and we saw where the mistake was then few minutes later someone else called told something else that will get cash back after 20 months and I thought by now I would be a happy person but I'm still not tried calling customer care line but nothing sent email it said block sent SMS still nothing know was asked not write here again for the sake of the company but plz understand my frustration on the seven there will be second deduction while I didn't get anything I waited the whole month even today I'm still waiting
