Complaint

I received a loan offer of R7000 out of the blue, without me applying in May 2021,the loan was to be paid out into my account the same week...but it never happened

Now when I check my credit score they say I owe them R10 000 of which I never received a cent from them😠😠😠...I complained to them in writing and over the phone but it's pointless,I also reported them to the credit bureaus and NCR but they are not helping

When I go to their website it's always saying under construction...the number that is on their website I called it many times but no answer 😡😡😡...my emails are not rep****,I need my credit score back,this is affecting me way too much

I want to settle this money and get it done with so that I may live my life again....my number is *** email *** .... should you guys need to contact me 😠😠😠😠
