Good day

Kindly assist me, i had a 12 months agreement with Just bridge load to pay off my debts in 12 with 100%cash back , the agreement was from August 2020 to July 2021, i have fully paid load, and i was supposed to get my 100% cash back immediately after paying my last installment until today i have not received anything, I've made several calls, and being sent from one department to another without any help. until i get the lady by the name of Tshegofatso Meko, has being trying to help me , on Wednesday(25/08/21) last week she said i will get my money by Thursday(26/08/21) , and on Friday(27/08/21) she told me about the system(Numix) being offline, and to my surprise today my account was deducted an amount of R354.06, i asked myself how cause i don't owe them anything.

Please help.
