Company works back to front ******** people

I have been contacted by Bridge Loans (BR Finance) or what ever your company name stating i have qualified for a loan, and that the loan would payout within a few days. I have followed up with regards to the payout, and suddenly i have been told you have to first make a payment before the loan will payout which you qualified for. This is the biggest load of ******** i have heard of in a long time, you cant approve a loan then turn around and say you first need to pay the first installment before you can get the money.
