Clear my name and remove the account

I am very angry with just bridge I have settled my loan in 2020 April and yet today when I pull my report just bridge reflect as active I have been querying this with them and yet it's been 12 months now... All I want it's for them to send a report to transunion and clear my name this is affecting my credit score
