clear my name

I am very disappointed with just bridge loans company I have made a settlement last year April 2020 and I was promised that they will send a request to the bureau to clear my name . they even send me a paid up letter but still even today their account still reflecting unpaid when requesting a credit score. all I'm requesting is for them to update their system and write off my debt
