Cash back loans

I recieved a massage for a pre-approved loan from just bridge last month ,the consultant contacted me and we did everything on the phone for the loan and my bank details was confirmed they told me that the money will be in my account within 24 hours.I waited and waited as I needed the money so I called them a week later to ask about the loan ,the lady who answer told me that they don't do loans and that a cash back loan is that I have to make payments every months for 3 years than I will get a cash back which means I will have to pay them over R9000 for nothing and they will give me a cash back of R4000 .I did wrote them an email to cancel the so called loan but they still deducted money from my account. How can I pay for a loan as I did not get any money .The loan reflect on my credit report that I got a loan from them but I did not receive a cent .
