Good day. Today I made a call to bridge loans and spoke to Busisiwe Machumane who was not willing to listen and was infact rude. Am unemployed with 2 kids and a wife to take care of. I received some funds last week and an amount was diducted. I had not received a call to make arrangement or arrears. My account has not been debited for months due to lack of funds. I asked that I make an arrangement of R50 a month and ask the amount to be revesed as I have nothing to put on the plate for my family. She was never hearing me. Please I ask to be assisted on this matter as I really need the funds.

09 Jun 2020, 15:03I received a call earlier after I had laid a complaint. A lady called me namely Dorah Motshweni replying to my complaint. We did not start of well but I believe the Lady saved my feeling towards the company. She played her roled and promised to get back to me and indeed she did... GIVE THE LADY A BELLS SHE DESERVES IT. IF MY FAMILY AND I WILL DO SO. I HAVE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS. SHE IS A SHINNING STAR. WE THANK YOU AND TRULLY APRECIATE YOUR MANNER OF APPROACH. YOU MAY HAVE NOT KNOW THR REASON WHY YOU WERE IN YOUR POSITION AT WORK BUT TODAY YOU DO. THANK YOU. I AM NOT 1 TO TAKE MY TIME AND DO THIS BUT DORAH.... YOU DESERVE 5 STARS FROM THE 4 OF US...
