BRIDGE EMPLOYEE DONT CARE AS LONG AS SHE GETS HER PAY CHEQUE

Listed me but now no one helps Chanique Venter from your office ignores my requests for proof of debt I apparently made with Bridge.

ITC states, personal loan made in 2021 now 15 months outstanding, installment, arrears amount and baance is the same amount

Contact Chanque she says its a home choice account, I email her the home choice paid up letter she says the debt was bought to my under standing prescribed debt or paid up debt cant be bought in accorsance with section 126B of the NCR,

Ask Chanique why ITC says personal loan if she is saying its a home choice account, get ignored.

All I want is the proof of me making a personal loan with Bridge in July 2021 showing the installment, loan amount taken etc. If I am responsible for this then we make a plan and we pay it but no this is too much to ask.

How is ne to believe this is not ***** when you list my ITC as one thing, I email you, you say its another, I ask for proof and no one answers.

In the meantime my payment profile on ITC which I have been working on for the past years is now being negatively affected.

But who cares right as long as Chanique is getting ger paycheck every month why should she care.

And then just for the cherry ontop if I owed your company money for a personal loan as noted on my credit report for 15 months, where is the calls, emails made to me to recover this money for the past 15 months?
