Took a loan and from the first installment there were problems. They offered me insurance which I declined but they still added a debit order R246 and it took me 4mths to finally get it cancelled and when I requested a refund I was told I had to cancel it within 30days. Then right before the loan was fully repaid they called to offer me another loan which I declined again only to find out almost a year later that on ITC I have a second loan with these people . I called for days trying to speak to someone and when I finally did, I was asked what proof do I have that I didn't take the loan. I requested to have the call listened to and was told they will but can't tell me when. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE , STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN
