BAD SERVICE - OR JUST *****?

I did an application with Just Bridge Loans yesterday, and after reading all these reviews... Phoned customer services and when i tried to explain that I just want confirmation that all what was said in the application is true, I was told to be quiet and listen by a very rude person. I need to be contacted immediately please, because if one single cent is to taken from my bank account without me receiving what was agreed to and confirmed multiple times during the call, there will be hell to pay.
