My name is Vincent Molefe Nkuna

Of ID number ***,I have been get assistance from you since last,I didn't take a loan from you but was told it was about an Account from SA multi loan which was close in 2009

I understand that my account with you was handed over to ARA Group and they closed it last year march 2023

Why is the account still showing on my credit profile under your name even though SA multi loan and ARA Group have both closed it?or do you still need payment arrangements?

It's been over 1 year and 6 months now since the account has been closed by ARA Group,but it's still showing under your company name

Please remove this account from my credit profile as it is no longer active, this is affecting my credit profile as I have just reported you to the NCR...I'm tired of this please
