Angry unknown deduction

I have paid off my account with you last year already and you even sent me letter of settlement to my surprise today I'm been debited for no reason, I tried to call your office with no luck, I've send numerous emails no response. Please refund me and stop deducting money from my account i don't have business with you anymore. This company is a **** and worse unprofessional service we getting with no working numbers.
