I am writing to report a disturbing experience with Just Bridge, a company that has been deducting money from my account for the past 2-3 years without my consent or knowledge. Despite numerous attempts to seek clarification, I have been met with misleading information and blatant lies.

The company claims to have provided me with a loan, which I never received. When I contacted them to inquire about the deductions, they explained that their loan system works by deducting R405 monthly until the loan amount is reached, after which they would pay me the full amount. This is a blatant lie, as I have not received any funds from them.

When I questioned them further, they attributed the lack of payment to a missed payment on my part. I strongly believe that Just Bridge is a ****, preying on vulnerable individuals who are struggling financially.

I request that Hello Peter investigates this matter and takes appropriate action against Just Bridge. I hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent others from falling victim to their ********* practices.
