SA MULTILOAD - very unhappy client

It is now Thursday 28/8/2025. SA MULTILOAD was arranged to pick up my furniture tomorrow 29/8/2025. At 6 o'clock tonight I received a WhatsApp from Lisa, to inform me that they will not be able to make it tomorrow morning. This is after I confirmed the collection on 14/8/2025. I gave notice, I have to be out tomorrow, because the new occupants must move in. Now what?! They don't even have the decency to reply to my mail. No... They switched their phone off.
