Bad Service, Empty Promises, Lies & a dud Audi Q7...

Bought a vehicle online. Was promised a Audi Q7 in 100% working condition and in excellent overall condition. Flew from George to Johannesburg to collect the car. The car that collected us from the Airport overheated, and stood on the freeway for almost 2 hours - should have turned around right there and then! Left with the Audi Q7 to drive back to George. Not even 70km out of JHB, first light comes on. Contacted dealer and advised us to go to nearest Garage. Next morning vehicle dash looked like a Christmas tree, Gearbox malfunction, Engine malfunction, Water bottle malfunction. Cancelled the transaction immediately to receive a response from the Dealer that the vehicle needs to go for Diagnostics and 701 check. We personally on the Monday morning took the vehicle for 701 check and failed instantly for a few defects. How the vehicle went through Roadworthy in JHB, only they will know. They refuse to have the vehicle taken to Tavcor for diagnostics, it needs to be taken too and repaired by a personal friend and contact of Mr Ferreira himself. We are now battling to cancel the deal which they had no problem cancelling on application should we not be happy with the vehicle. Pathetic service. Empty promises. Lies. SA Motor Corp gives second hand dealers a very bad name. Think twice and rather take the vehicle for 701 check before you sign on the dotted line...!
