INCOMPETENCE

Tuesday, 30th October, I went to S A Motor Spares to purchase disc pads. I gave them the make and model of my vehicle, paid and left. On Wednesday after work I went to have them fitted only to find that I had been sold the wrong disc pads, they were too big. The mechanic in Kempton Park had to dash to a spare shop to buy the correct discs and fit them. S A Motor Spares now REFUSES to refund my money, said they will give me an open credit. Why would I want an open credit with them if they give me incorrect parts?!! I am now going to lodge a complaint with the consumer council as well.
