Worst Car Dealership ever. Terrible customer care and service
In 2016 I purchased a car with this poor franchise at their branch 495 Jan Smuts Ave. I drove the car for 2 days and they took it back since it was due for a service. I thought all will work well yet I was lying to myself. They too the car and said the serviced it at VW however just after about a month, the engine light came on. I reported this to them and they were not difficult on this as the car was still fresh from their show room. They gave it to one of their ungraded technician by the name Dayne who trades as Executive cars what what. After about month I got the car back and after driving it for about a week, the problem came back again.
I took the car back and I negotiated with them that they have to the qualified VW workshops and the guy who was assisting me by the name Jaque turned down this suggestion. He confirmed that Dayne was a pro and knew what he was doing. Without my consent they went ahead and stripped the Engine and this is where the whole hell broke loose!
Dayne and his Executive Car technicians ****ed, defecated, urinated and spit on my car. I drove the car for about 1 month again and the engine light came on for the third time!
This time i took the car to VW self and they told me the engine was poorly done. I relayed the message back and Dayne stood his ground. Rather he said it was the dump valve whcih needed a replacement. They tried to claim on my warranty and the warranty team sent a technician to further verify these faults detected only to find out that Dayne was wrong on his detection and therefore the claim was rejected snce the only faulty part was not covered.I purchased this part at VW and they fitted it since I couldnt trust this guy anymore. To me him and his company proved to be a failure.
I drove the car for another 2 months and the car started misbehaving again. It started smoking badly and I reported this to SA Motors Coop and they took it back. They brought it back to me and said Dayne and his company fixed the turbo system.
I drove the car for 2 months again and the engine light came on. This time I was flipping annoyed and wanted. The lever of poor servicing was just extreme. This was extremely bad servicing exercise by both SA Motors and Executive Car Care. I insisted that let the car be taken to VW and this time they agreed unfortunately it was too late! They car just couldn't start anymore as I was right at their gate. I had to leave it ehir and after about two months of unsuccessful claims processing I had to take the car to another different VW dealership.
Again they told me the same problem that the engine was poorly done hence a need to redo the whole engine. I got a quotation of R50 000 and I relayed the message back to both SA Motors coop and Excutive Car Care for Dayne. They all rejected responsibility. SA Motors said speak to Dayne and Dayne said the 6 months warranty after doing the engine has expired. This means within a space of 12 months, an engine is done twice. What a pathetic service.
ADVISE These are the worse two companies ever.
If you are planning to purchase any vehicle from this dealership (SA Motors Cooperartion ) and you are reading this you are so lucky. PLIZ REJECT THE DEAL IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise you will regret later like me.
If you have already purchased a car from any of their branches and they refer you to Dayne for servicing PLIZ DNT THROW YOUR CAR IN THE HANDS OF DESTROYERS. Those guys they take chances, they do trial and error and their machinery is so outdated.
SA Motors Cooperation should be re-branded to SA Looters Cooperation and Executive Care Care must be re-branded to Executive Care Destroyer. Lesson learnt hard way!
