The GOOD, The BAD and The BATTLE

Cosmas promply responded telephonically to my request to arrange for the viewing of the advertised vehicle. This resulted in a car being purchased by my wife. Upon delivery of the vehicle, we realized that a cargo security screen was missing. Jarqu, his manager, was alerted to this and he promised to source it and deliver it to my residential address. Thereafter, it was an uphill battle for me to get the delivery. At some some stage Jarqu reneged on his promise to deliver claiming that he was shortstaffed...how was this my problem!! As far as I know, courier companies are here for such reasons. Eventually the screen was delivered.

Prior to the whole saga, Cosmas went out his way to make sure that we get the car in an appropriate roadworthy state. I have noticed he doesn't just love his job, he also loves seeing his customers happy to an extent that he contacted me after hours on a regular basis during the sale process till the delivery day and beyond. Because of him I am definitely going to get my next car from SA Motor Corporation in Randburg. Thanks to Cosmas's dedicated job.
