Sterling service from a motor dealer

Finding a good, clean used car these days has become a harrowing experience due to the many shady and dishonest characters that have infiltrated this industry. I was completely disillusioned when I started looking for a specific vehicle. ***** used car dealers are plentiful in and around Jo'burg, and I feel sorry for people spending their hard-earned money with these ********. Please people, do your homework and check out the reviews before parting with your cash.

I eventually found what I was looking for at SA MOTOR CORPORATION in Randburg, and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and how the deal was handled throughout. There were two minor issues on the vehicle which I wasn't happy about: 1. The a/c wasn't cooling sufficiently - This was sorted out before I took delivery. 2. After I took delivery, I found that there was a constant smell of petrol inside the vehicle. I reported it to them and was told to bring the vehicle back so they can send it to their workshop. The mechanic couldn't find the fault, so I collected the car the next day. The salesman, Patrick spoke to the dealer principal, Jarcu about the problem. The vehicle was booked in at a workshop that specializes in this brand and I was asked to bring it in. Long story short; the problem was fixed at no cost to me.

This vehicle is in excellent condition and Patrick and Jarcu didn't hesitate to go the extra mile. I can recommend SA MOTOR CORPORATION to anyone looking for a quality used car and the back-up service that one would expect from any motor dealer.
