STAFF MEMBER RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE

I went to purchase a vehicle I was given prices on two cars I wanted to trade against one vehicle Was given a deal needed time to think Went back to dealership to same salesperson, he looked very strange at me, was on the phone I sat to wait to see him Then a man Patrick came into the offices and pointing at me in an extremely rude tone” said move your car” I was very angry at the way I was spoken to Brad still on phone I responded to Patrick “do not speak to me like that” He then continued to argue with me , outside the office, naturally , saying he did not speak to me like that One wonders why a woman would , from sitting down to do a deal , would get so upset if Patrick had not spoken to me badly Brad still on phone Then the manager comes out, and screaming in the office , occurs I am still waiting outside They leave me there sitting no water available, just leave me sitting After 20 minutes the manager said he needed to be fair ! To whom I might add This was a staff issue , manager should have immediately tried to diffuse the situation No I was left in the office Then invited into his office to see tv footage of the incident , no sound So the rude, disgusting staff member Patrick was actually been protected From what I ask I had never seen him before I walked out. Took my car and left I really must add, that I was there yesterday and inside the lot looking at the same vehicle, no body came to help me! Two men were on the lot,just looked at me I believe that this has been in my opinion a disgusting performance by the manager Mr Ferreira, Brad Davis and the enlightened one Patrick Who is more important than a customer In my opinion they were scared of him Do not go to this dealership , nothing offered to me on a R389,000 deal Tea coffee oh and they had no water The new word on the street is “we are out of stock” Do not go to this dealership, a complete disaster M A W
