Renault SA Terrible service

Good day I own a 2013 Renault Clio 4. A few months ago the vehicle had difficulty shifting gears and had to be towed to the Bryanston Service Center. We were told that they replaced the gearbox. After collecting the car we notice that there was still a problem because although the gears were shifting comfortably, the car would signal for you to change up, even though it was already in the 5th gear. While driving down to CPT from JHB the car struggled to shift gears again and had to be towed to the Paarden Eiland center on 19 December. The car has been at the center since. The attendant and technicians dismissed our concerns and insisted that there was nothing wrong with the car. They added that the gearbox had not been replaced but was reconditioned in Bryanston. The technician then insisted that it was normal for the car to signal for a change-up when in 5th gear (even though it did not do this prior to being sent to the Bryanston center). They held the car for further testing and only responded yesterday (27 December), saying that the car is giving them problems but that the warranty may not cover the repairs this time around, even though it had covered the previous repairs to the gearbox. The dismissive attitude and total disregard for our concerns as loyal Renault customers was very disappointing to experience. For the technician to insist that it was normal for the car to indicate for a change up makes his technical s****s very questionable. The overall service that we’ve received from the Paarden Eiland branch is absolutely appalling and nothing like what we’ve come to expect and appreciate from Renault. We are concerned that the car might not get the attention that it needs. Furthermore, we will now have to leave the vehicle in CPT, which is an added inconvenience. Not to mention the financial implications. Could you please intervene.
