Infuriating service, empty promises, and lies

Friendly service a facade, masking unreliable service and dubious salesmanship. Issues were identified which owner Jarqu Ferreira promised to sort out, most importantly replacement of numberplate, fixing a mechanical error, and acquiring service documents. On delivery none of these were done -promises were made to have car picked up and have everything done in a week. The mechanical fault was 'under warranty'. The pick-up was done but on return of the car none of the above had been addressed. Contacted Jarqu again who promised to pick car up again- no show, and no communication why. Called again and arranged another pick-up - again no show and no explanation. I had to call to enquire about various aspects of the sales process, and was redirected multiple times to various sales-people. Emails went ignored. Phone calls unreturned. I became suspicious and looked into the 'service history' independently. It was completely false. Nor was there anything to substantiate any 'warranty' on the mechanical failure, or the vehicle ever having been taken to a dealership to fix the mechanical repair. I can only hope to discourage potential future clients of SA Motor Corporation.
