Good sales and trade-in experience

Had a fantastic sales experience with Ravi from receiving a decent trade in value, to collection of my new car. During my inspection, I did not pick up that the there was a broken fog light, but this was pointed out to me at delivery with the promise that it will replaced free of charge.
