False info and empty promoses

We bought our car in Dec 2015. We were told the service has been done, and we had no service book, although the entire service history was there in paper form, printed out, we insisted on a service book from the agents. They were happy to order us 1 which would take 3 weeks or so, after trying to convince us you don't get service books anymore, 4 and a half months later, after numerous enquiries, still nothing. Then after driving a mere 3000 km, the engine light AND service due lights came on. After a long struggle and a few arguments it came to light that the car had NEVER gone for the service as we were promised. It went for a service and after driving it for a week again, the engine light came on again. When speaking to John and Jacque about it, they keep promising and john has a really nasty attitude about it. It also took them more than a month, after asking them to get the car registered on my name. Even though they will not respond to this complaint, I hope to spare someone out there from going through the same unpleasant and almost costly ordeal. They have bad service and are very pushy, even the guy who does the financing, Jaco. Would NEVER recommend them at all.
