Exceptional Customer Service - Jaco !!!

OMGoodness! I wish we bought cars everyday ... Jaco's customer service (Randburg) is IMPECCABLE!!! In fact I haven't seen customer service like this in SA in YEARS! Well done guys you are and absolute pleasure to deal with and made my life a dream come true with money BACK in my pocket! Not only did you run a smooth operation with my purchase and delivered my dream car from JHB to Cape Town with ease, but you saved me an enormous amount of money I was convinced I had lost for good! Imagine I did'nt call you as this incident actually had NOTHING to do with you but you stepped in, took the reign (TOTALLY unexpected) put Mercedes Benz and AA to ABSOLUTE shame ... I am still in shock! Thank you once again and keep up the EXCELLENT work! This from a blushing proud GL owner today ..... *-*
