BMW *******

I bought a 2007 BMW X5 from SA Motor Corporation, with my savings. Both the sales person and manager of Sa Corporation told me that the vehicle is in a very good condition and they think that I bought a vehicle that’s in a very good condition, and they also told me to take out an extended warranty what I did. But in April my headache started with this vehicle. Warning lights came on and I took the vehicle to a BMW dealer. Then BMW told me that there is aa problem with the gearbox as well as the turbo and then the I controller stopped to work. – everything at once I contact SA Corporation and speak to the manager, explained to him what happened and all that he asked me did a purchase the extended warranty from Motorite , and there is nothing that he can do but to give me a number of a person who can fix the gearbox Motorite if I knew would never purchase the warranty to date, I have fixed everything myself as they only pay a portion. The yesterday the 3/05/2019 my starter packed up. I went back to my contract and the somehow not sure how I missed it that SA Motor corporation do not offer warranties on this car not sure if they do on other used vehicles. Then the other paper that I found was a paper with the heading to be place in the window of the vehicle, with the following words Vehicle is sold subject to specific conditions. what I have signed by mistake as this was not in the window of the vehicle the day when I went and have a look at the BMW as this was in the contract for me to sign. Even when this vehicle was advertised it was advertised without the paper. If the paper was in the window as stipulated, I would not have purchased the vehicle, or would have asked what the conditions were. I have sent a mail to the sales person and manager yesterday the 3rd May 2019 no response, not sure they will.
