Bad after service

In April this year I bought a vechile with them. I already sold my vechile when I was told that my car is not on the floor it did not pass the test. I had no choice to continue. Waited.for 2 weeks for my car. I barely put a 1000km on the vechile. Before the cluch broke...bigger, expensive faults have been discovered. I immediatly comminicated with them. But three months later I still have no car. And the manager is rude and does not want to help. I am so disappointed in their service.
