Awesome assistance when things go bad

Bought a 2 vehicles from them within 2 days (one for myself and one for my wife) and the one was faulty from the time I received it. They gave a full refund and helped me find another car of my choice. They also let me use a courtesy car for the entire time they were sorting everything out.
