Payment made

I ordered silicone molds online from SA MOLDS ONLINE for over R600 AND IM NOT RECEIVING any feedback. Upon ordering an invoice was issued with bank details which I duly paid. This was on the 29th. I have since seen many complaints on the Facebook page. I have emailed [Email Removed] with no response. Please help
