Company has no intention of delivering goods

Placed an order online for cake decorating goods and molds on 10 March. Inv 324. Sent few messages on their website and emails with no response. To date no delivery and I don't think there will be.<br> Should have known this company is ***** as they don't have any address or telephone number on their website. <br> Company might have closed down but their website is still operational??? There should be a way to shut down websites like this!
