SA Minty Life Of A Legend Minted Gold Coins

In the year of 2013 i did bought R5 (/10 oz) 24 Carat gold coin "Life Of A Legend" when they were minted and was told its a good investment at plus or minus R3K and 10 oz silver coin at over R250. 6 years down the line i did called SA Minty and even went to SA coin shop by Eastgate Mall .To my surprise i was told none of them do buy these coins but was given a telephone for Randburg Coin centre at: # 252 Oak Ave where i went and did sell the 24 Carat 5 gram 1/10 oz gold coin at R2 150 a week after had been previously quoted R2 400 but was told on my day of sell that prices change everyday. However i still felt the weight of the pure gold coin and the price isn't fair. I therefore call upon fellow brethren who have fallen into this predicament to warn others not to fall into this trap. Coming to the R5 coins of Mandela i as well bought one in 2013 and are minted every year these are just like souvenirs not investment as you will sell them nowhere.
