STAY AWAY!!! They don't know what they are doing!!

The reason why we made use of this agency is because they are situated in the Home Affairs building, never knew that it is in an agency. (CAN'T BELIEVE THAT HOME AFFAIRS ALLOW THIS AGENCY ON THEIR PREMISES!!!) We app**** for a spousal permit - paid R7000.00. We also handed over all our original documents (marriage certificate, birth certificates - 3 translations, police clearance certificates from Germany & UK) which he signed for. These documents we never saw again - after requesting it back we've been told that they don't have it anymore. We also never received any correspondence or feedback regarding the application. After numerous calls trying to speak to the consultant - which appears that he is always busy and not there - to getsome info on our application. We then phoned Home Affairs and was given the devastating news that the application was rejected - we still don't know the reason and was never informed by Mr Collins Musamba why the application was rejected. This ordeal causes for my spouse to leave the country and was declared Undesirable 5 years - under the new immigration regulations. Haven't seen each other for more than a year. Opening a lawsuit against the agency
