Great moving company
SA Mighty Moves made our move hassle free. They communicated everything to me and provided me with updates on each and every step. The team was very professional and efficient, and they treated our goods with care. I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending their services to family and friends who may need it.

Disappointing Experience and Misleading Extra Charges
We originally booked our furniture removal with Afriworld, but after paying the deposit we were transferred to their sister company, Might Moves. From that point onward, all communication was with Might Moves, and we ended up paying several additional charges, including extra insurance, electronics cover, travel costs, and a shuttle fee. The biggest issue was with our 85-inch TV. We were charged extra for electronics insurance, which meant we were instructed not to wrap the TV ourselves because the movers first needed to inspect it to confirm it was in working order. I specifically explained that I already had foam protection and bubble wrap ready and asked if, after inspecting the TV, they could please wrap it using the materials I had provided. This request was agreed to by the moving team. Unfortunately, this never happened. Instead, the TV was simply wrapped in a moving blanket. As a result, the back of the TV was scratched during transport. Thankfully, the screen itself was not damaged. When I contacted the company, they refused to accept any responsibility, stating that they only blanket-wrap items. That completely misses the point. We had carefully wrapped all of our other belongings ourselves. The TV was the one item we were specifically prevented from wrapping because of their inspection process, and we re**** on their promise to wrap it properly afterwards. To make matters worse, the collection time was changed multiple times. The movers were originally scheduled to arrive on the 27th at 1:00 pm, then this changed to 5:00 pm, and eventually the collection was postponed until the following day. We were understanding and accommodating throughout these delays, asking only that they honour their commitment to wrap the TV after inspecting it. They did not. Another major concern was the shuttle fee. We informed the company before the move that our new estate had vehicle weight restrictions, and based on that information they charged us an additional fee for a shuttle service. However, when our belongings were delivered, they arrived on a truck and trailer without any shuttle being used. When we questioned this, the company claimed they had actually done us a favour by using a smaller vehicle instead of using the shuttle service we had paid for. That explanation makes little sense. They already knew exactly what furniture and household goods we were moving when they quoted us, so they should have determined the correct vehicle and pricing from the outset. Charging a customer for a service that is ultimately not provided feels misleading and unfair. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service. We paid significant additional fees for insurance and services that either did not provide the protection promised or were never used. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address legitimate concerns has left us feeling that we were treated unfairly. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Might Moves.
