SA Max Media does not deliver

I placed an order for a photobook early in February. I also paid the courier fee. By March I received nothing and made an enquiry. I was told they had a backlog. Mid March I checked in again and was told they were finishing my book and would dispatch in a few days. By mid April I had not recieved my book yet and the response was that the Durban floods had negative affected their production and transport. I am very understanding of the bad situation in Durban, but this does not explain why the photobook was not sent in March or early April as there were no floods then. It is now mid May and still I have not received it. I am questioning if this is a legit company. If it is then unfortunately they are doing a poor job in the way they execute things. This was meant to be a gift for someone weeks ago. Very disappointing. A 14 working day turnaround has now exceeded 3 months!
