SA Max Media - Bad service and business ethics

This company has no sense of time and urgency. Unless you contact them, you will be waiting forever for your purchase. My photobook took almost 3 months to be ready. On top of that, although I live in Durban, I could not pick up and had to pay the R95 delivery fee. They advertise their photobooks as a special on Daddy's deals and then make the delivery fee mandatory which is not a special at all. Had I known that I couldn't pick up, I would not have purchased this deal. Stay away from these bandits - besides the atrocious service, they also make a buck with delivery
