Poor service and poor quality product

I purchased my daddysdeal in Dec for a photobook, sent it in by Feb 28th as requested. Received no feedback in March, at the end of March I emailed daddy's deals, they said it is busy printing, followed up in April still had non received it. I received it today on May 25th. It was very poorly done, it came out looking cheap and tacky. The bound work was awfully done too! I have reported them to Daddy's deals, more people should know what they are purchasing before they spend their money and waste their time.
