NO ALBUMS

I payed for 2 photo albums on Daddy deals and forwarded to SA MAX MEDIA on 10 May i forwarded it to them and received feedback from Emily that tbey did receive it in order. After several queries Emily informed me that my albums are in the finishing dept. to be moved to dispatch. I am still awaiting the albums. Emails are not responded to and tel. is on voicemail. It was supposed to be a wedding present. Iam so ashamed and angry. This is a *****.
