SA Licence Renewal - They Do Not Renew!!
This company deserves 0 stars. I set up to have my motor vehicle licence renewed with them on the 28 Dec, to date there no updates (still stuck on 'submit to provider'), despite several emails.
The 'red flag' should have been that there is NO contact number for this company.
I guess I have to say good bye to my R1,200 with a hard lesson learnt :-(. I'm all for giving small business a chance but will never trust it again.
Don't ever use this company !

Due to backlogs at certain departments we are finding that certain renewals are taking longer than usual to process although we are still within our timeframe for processing renewals within KZN.
