Worst service and client communication - SA Ladder

On 13 January we paid SA Ladder R10,432.80 for 3 ladders which was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. On 18 February and numerous e-mail queries later, I finally received a mail stating the ladders are not ready and that they would only start production in another 3 to 4 weeks. Which effectively means deliver in 12 weeks only. They apologized for the delay and said if we want, they will process a refund. They just need proof of our banking details So on 24 February we requested the refund, which to date has still not been processed! Pathetic service and pathetic company. Stay away from them please!
