SHOCKING! Not getting my refund and director ignoring me

Absolutely SHOCKING! Director Darren Duncan is completely ignoring my emails for a refund. His staff is more than willing to help me with the refund, but they can't because he does not want to give go ahead. I asked for a refund 13 July after they were not able to provide me the ladder I wanted and I had to go to Makro to buy it. And yes, I still went ahead to buy a SA Ladder from Makro! After multiple phone calls and many many emails to Darren, I am just completely ignored.
