Refund Overdue Item was returned in Feb 2016 and refund hasn't been made as yet.Its now the 9th week!

Hi I have delivered the item back to SA LADDERS in Durban .I was told that it will take 6-8 Weeks for my refund as its the 9th week and they failed to keep up with there promise I did email them:Good Day Please note that I have not received my refund on my ladder as yet! ,as I delivered in Feb 2016.This is not the service I was looking for .I was told that it will take 6-8 Weeks ? Its more than 8 weeks ,Its the 9th week and I am still waiting for payment. When will this be done? Will it be done before this weekend? As I need to pay off my accounts. Then They emailed me back saying:Good day I am so sorry about that I just sent your email to the person who is in charge on the credit soon as I get the reply from him I will call you. Kind Regards Philani AND NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME AS YET? SOMEHOW WHEN WE VISIT OTHER STORES THEY GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK SAME TIME,BUT LYING TO THE CUSTOMERS IS NOT FAIR .I NEED TO PAY OFF MY ACCOUNTS AND SA LADDERS IS HOLDING THE MONEY TO THEMSELVES.ITS NOT RIGHT AT ALL.
