Poor workmanship

I took my ladders in to be repaired I was told they would be ready on the morning Thursday 29th October 2015 went through to collect them on Friday morning nothing had been done I was promised 10 mins then 30 mins then another 20 mins 2 hours latter I left with the ladders the workmanship is nothing short of disgusting the ladders are my basic requirement to do bird proofing it has taken another week for my short ladders to be repaired and still they cannot tell me when they will be ready. NO ONE in management returns phone calls what so ever. Its no wonder they don't respond on this web site.
