Pathetic service - Still waiting on our refund!!!

Placed an order for a ladder in May 2018 which we had paid upfront. Delivery was extended by another 3weeks which we were only informed after making payment. By the 5th of July we were still waiting on the ladder with the request that we need to collect it in JHB. We are based in CPT. At that point we requested a refund and the continuous feedback from the Cape Town Manager, credit controller and rebate administrator was that its out of their hands and the director Darren Duncan has not given the go ahead who authorizes the refunds.

We have had no feedback from the director Darren Duncan which is appalling!!!

Refund our money !!!
