Dissatisfied Service

<p>Our company has been waiting over 10 weeks for a refund of just R3817.44. The CEO - Darren has been emailed twice, with all supportinginformation, and the accounts department has confirmed that the information is sitting with him. No reply to my email has been received nor an acknowledgment of the email. </p> <p>I find it completely obsured that one has to wait over 8 weeks for refund to be processed, when they expect full payment prior to delivery.</p> <p> </p>
