Bad quality

Good day. I have purchased a Gravity Ladder from Game a few months ago and today 17/10/2018 the ladder gave way will mounting it. The ladder was up against a wall and was about to mount it when I got half way the frame bent and I almost went through a glass window. I tried calling the toll free number but it seems to be incorrect. ********** 337. What rights do I have? Thanks Richard Davids
