SA kings Auto ****MERS

I bought and paid for an engine which I had requested the invoice included customs and transportation - they assured me the total on the invoice R43,000 was to have My engine landed to my doorstep (28,000 for the engine and 15,000 for customs and transportation). The next day I received an email for NatGet logistics requesting and additional R13,287.50 to cover a refundable insurance, police clearance, 2 different forms and VAT - I paid it. Which I was told was a new policy. I then received a further email to pay and additional R4,500 for PAYE, SDL and a few other registration forms which made me sceptical because are these not statutory payments - I did not pay and then requested from SA kings to refund me my 56,287.50 Rand - they have told me payment in process but now I am being ignored. These guys are ****mers - has anyone received their money back. Because I can't afford to lose this money.

I lost my s**t with them and all they can tell me is let's not argue. Is there anyway of us tagging them and showing rhem that they have conned a few people.
