Worst Rental Agency EVER
WORST SERVICE EVER!!! was advised I owe 11 000, when i queried this, they refused to explain over email or phone. it was later revealed I didnt owe money and that it was money i paid in 2 years ago and they forgot to invoice me!!! (only one room needed a coat of paint and please not the flat is 49sqm) upon moving out i was charged 3000 to paint apartment and additional 650 was taken off for cleaning, they are money orientated and dont have a glue whats going on in accounts!!! Nadia is the only helpful lady

Thank you for your review. Despite numerous invitations to our offices, you declined to meet and discuss these issues.
You vacated at the end of March 2018 but paid no rental since 2 October 2017, only two payments were made for water used. Due to your previous bad payment history, the additional deposit was required for the owner.
We always have to consider and protect both you as tenant as well as the landlord.
The whole apartment needed to be painted as the one pink bedroom and other rooms required an additional coat of paint to bring the apartment to an acceptable standard.
