The Shaker

<p>I have experienced poor feedback and any form of help from previous engagements with this company, UNTIL i contacted Nadia Neuwoudt, Maitenance Manager for the company, and wow, did she get things SHAKING. I sent Nadia all previous correspondence to the company which I had and which never saw the light of day, except for excuses, until Naida stepped in. Within the hour, I had feedback from Nadia. In a matter of a morning, Nadia had organized maintenance to begin in my apartment and the follow up is amazing. She has kept me up to date with procedures and with maintenance which still needs to be done.</p> <p>A very big thank you to Nadia and her team. (my mom cannot stop praising the gentlemen who carried out the work in the apartment) :)</p> <p>Nadia deserves the title she carry's as Mainenance Manager.</p> <p>Thank you Nadia, you have been nothing short of excellent in all your efforts.</p> <p>A very happy customer indeed.</p> <p> </p>
